A minimally invasive technique for refractory mechanical low back and radicular pain associated with spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease and recurrent disc herniation. Uses small incisions to place screws and rods across two or more vertebral levels, remove the intervertebral disc and place a bone graft-filled cage to stabilise the affected levels.
