A minimally invasive technique for refractory mechanical low back and radicular pain associated with spondylolisthesis, degenerative disc disease and recurrent disc herniation. Two small incisions are used to place screws and rods between two or more vertebral levels. The intervertebral disc is removed and a bone graft-filled cage is placed to stabilise the affected levels.
