Initial consultation to discuss birth preferences and how care works with the Organic Midwifery team. Includes antenatal appointments in your home, medical and obstetric history review, health checks for you and your baby, blood testing and pregnancy risk assessments, pregnancy education, birth preparation, breastfeeding and postnatal preparation. The team is on call from booking until 7 weeks post birth, provides labour support, immediate post birth care, required post birth tests and investigations, and home visits through the 7th week after birth.
