An interactive behind-the-scenes tour of Messinaville, including a store tour, factory access, an explanation of how gelato and Messina Specials are made, tastings, a look at the Dulce de Leche machine, a visit to the Chocolate Room with chocolate samples, and a final scoop from the store. Dietary requirements can be catered for in tastings if notified within 1 week of booking. Nut allergies cannot be accommodated in the chocolate part of the tour.
