A 2-day, practical, skills-based course facilitated by an accredited instructor. Participants learn an action plan to recognise and respond to mental health problems or crises until professional help is available or the crisis resolves. Graduates become MHFAiders, equipped to listen, connect and offer support. Available face-to-face or virtually via Zoom, for individuals or groups of up to 22 people. Groups run either face-to-face or virtually, with no hybrid option. Group and corporate packages are available.
