Individualized, one-on-one physical therapy for men’s pelvic health. Treats pelvic pain, incomplete bladder emptying, frequent urination, post-urination leaking, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sexual discomfort, constipation, incontinence, and back or hip-related pelvic pain. Treatment may include pelvic floor motor control training, manual therapy, feedback therapy, bladder retraining, electrostimulation, education and counseling, sports-specific pelvic rehab, and orthopedic specialization. Serves men regardless of sexual orientation, age, or health status, with particular understanding of LGBTQ+ men and older men with age-related prostate issues. Pelvic-specific patients are asked to consult a medical doctor or urologist before the first visit to check for underlying medical conditions.
