The driver waits inside the terminal after the flight lands, holds a sign with the passenger's name, assists with luggage, and escorts the passenger to the vehicle in the terminal parking lot. Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes after the flight has landed. Parking, waiting time, tolls, additional stops, and gratuity are not included in the base rate.
