Clinician-led medical weight loss programme with comprehensive metabolic assessment, prescription GLP-1 therapies where clinically appropriate, structured nutritional and lifestyle guidance, and regular clinical reviews. Assessment includes relevant metabolic testing such as hormone panels, insulin resistance markers and thyroid function. Suitable for people with BMI 27 or above, or BMI 25 or above with weight-related comorbidities, subject to a full medical assessment. Injections are administered weekly or fortnightly, either at home or in clinic. A face-to-face medical consultation is required before treatment.
