Includes unlimited access to the physician and physician partner, an extensive annual physical, unlimited visits, house and workplace calls, x-rays, routine laboratory tests and diagnostics, preventive health planning, care coordination with consultants and specialists, travel care planning, worldwide medical evacuation service enrollment, and physician support during hospitalization. Same-day or next-day appointments may be available as appropriate. The practice does not bill insurance or Medicare.
