Massage therapy sessions are subject to a client confidentiality agreement. Personal and medical information is kept confidential and used solely to provide and enhance treatment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, incur the full session fee. If you arrive late, the missed time is deducted from the session and the end time cannot be extended.
