It covers organisational issues relating to discourse around war and conflict, their impact on the organisation, relevant policies and strategies, recommended employer guidelines, examples of staff disagreement, conflict management role play where appropriate, and further strategies to support a healthy working environment. Suitable for leadership teams. Available face to face or online, with a maximum of 20 attendees.
