Details.
Outpatient surgery to remove excess fat deposits and glandular tissue from the chest, creating a flatter, more contoured chest. Treatment may involve liposuction, surgical excision, or a combination of both, and may be performed in one or multiple stages. Postoperative care includes wearing a gynecomastia compression garment 24 hours a day for 6 weeks, followed by a lighter garment, and following incision care instructions.
