A 12-course immersive omakase dining experience inspired by art, combining Japanese craftsmanship with modern expression. Available for guests aged 14 and over by reservation only. Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the reservation, and service lasts approximately 2 hours. The menu is based largely on raw and cooked fish and shellfish. The menu is gluten, nut and celery free, but other allergies, intolerances, vegetarian diets and vegan diets cannot be accommodated. Drinks are not included unless a drinks pairing is pre-booked. Full pre-payment is required at booking, inclusive of service charge.
