Each bag is individually registered and stored under staff supervision. Online booking is required, and walk-ins and cash payments are not accepted. Booking confirmation and QR code are used for drop-off and collection. Radical Protection includes coverage up to €10,000 per bag for damage, loss or theft, for €1.99 per bag.
