Book a table in The Pilgrm Lounge for brunch, cocktails or drinks and snacks. The lounge is open to staying guests and visitors. Brunch is served until 2pm Monday to Friday and until 3pm at weekends. Evening Rho pop-up bookings are available Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm to 9.30pm, from 20 March to late August 2026.
