Information and service requests related to ordering and activating KNOX lockbox products, including the KnoxBox 3200 and KnoxVault 4400. The program is administered by the Fire Prevention and Investigation Fire Marshal. Only buildings with Hazardous and Laboratory occupancies are required to install a lockbox, while other building owners may install one voluntarily.
