Assessment for patients being considered for a liver transplant. The clinic brings tests and evaluations together in one place. Patients may have two to four visits, including tests and consultations with a transplant hepatologist, anesthetist, social worker, psychiatry and physician. A nurse coordinator guides patients through the evaluation process. The first appointment can take 1 to 3 hours or more.
