A medical examination including ECG stress testing and treadmill testing. Bring comfortable exercise clothing, running shoes and socks, and your own towel. An overnight fast may be required for the MBA20 blood test, with nil by mouth after 10pm the evening before the examination. A urine sample is required on arrival. Bring the completed medical form for the relevant insurance company. 48 hours notice is required for cancellation.
