A dynamic, multimedia safety leadership workshop for people working in high-risk industries. The fully mobile session mixes filmed action with live drama and facilitated discussion. Participants explore how upstream decisions affect downstream behaviours, consider what effective leadership looks and feels like, and learn their role in setting the tone of an organisation's safety culture. Suitable for up to 50 participants and deliverable at a venue of your choice. Can be delivered as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the modular Practical Safety Leadership skills programme.
