Hourly legal support for reviewing or drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements or resolving disputes, mediation and binding advice, and guidance and representation in proceedings before the subdistrict and administrative courts. For certain procedures, Dutch law requires representation by an attorney, and the service collaborates with experienced attorneys. A non-refundable retainer of 2 hours is required upfront. Hours are recorded in units of 6 minutes rounded up. The rate excludes 21% VAT.
