Includes initial advice, property information forms, checking the legal title, preparing and submitting contract documents, responding to enquiries, contract signing, agreeing a completion date, exchange of contracts, transfer documentation, mortgage repayment statements where applicable, a final financial statement, completion, repayment of the mortgage and estate agent's fees where applicable, and accounting for net sale proceeds. The average sale takes between 8 to 12 weeks. Additional work may apply for a licence to assign, management company membership, lease extension, unregistered title, or other complications. A landlord's management pack fee may also apply.
