Short-notice Outside School Hours Care bookings. Before school Rise then Shine bookings can be made through the Parent Portal up until the session start time. After school Stay and Play bookings can be made through the Parent Portal up until 8 hours before the session start time. Bookings outside these timeframes may be requested by phone and, if approved, are made as Last Minute bookings. Last Minute bookings are not eligible for free cancellation, and regular gap fees apply when a child cannot attend.
