A 532nm Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser treatment used to treat superficial sun damage, age spots and dark skin patches on the face, neck, décolletage and hands. The laser shatters abnormal pigment in the superficial layer of the skin. Suitable only for certain skin types and must be used with a medical grade skincare regime. Spots may feel warm for about an hour after treatment, temporarily darken and crust before falling off over 5 to 7 days. Slight welts may be apparent for 24 hours. Optimal results may require 2 to 4 treatments spaced one month apart, or as recommended by your practitioner.
