Laser hair removal using the Lumenis Splendor X BLEND X system. Suitable for a wide range of skin tones and hair types, with treatments tailored to skin tone, hair density and sensitivity. A typical treatment plan requires 6 to 10 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with possible maintenance sessions once or twice a year. Before treatment, shave the area 24 hours in advance, avoid waxing, plucking or threading for 4 weeks, avoid sun and tanning for at least 2 weeks, and do not apply makeup, creams, deodorant or lotions on the treatment area on the day. After treatment, apply aloe vera or a soothing cream, avoid hot showers, saunas and intense exercise for 24 to 48 hours, use SPF 50 daily, and avoid picking, scratching or exfoliating the area for several days.
