Consultant-led intravenous ketamine treatment for eligible adults with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, selected cases of bipolar depression or chronic primary pain, suicidal ideation in treatment-resistant contexts, and anxiety with refractory depression. Treatment is delivered in a dedicated clinical suite with continuous monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and mental state by trained clinical staff. A responsible adult must accompany the patient home after each session.
