Includes support with finding employment, vocational training, internships, language courses or study opportunities; advice on recognition of professional and school qualifications; career orientation; identifying strengths and skills; preparing application documents; job research; employer contacts; and accompaniment to public authorities. The coaching is tailored to the individual situation, can last up to 6 months, and is available in German, English, Persian, Arabic, Armenian, French, Italian and Russian.
