Includes a full hip, knee, and running mechanics assessment, hands-on manual therapy with soft tissue work and joint mobilization, targeted exercises, strength work, gait-focused training, and a progressive return-to-running plan. The first visit is a full hour with a DPT. Suitable for runners experiencing outer-knee or hip pain, tightness, snapping or clicking, pain that worsens with downhill running, or symptoms that return with increased mileage.
