Professional distance learning qualification for staff seeking progression to senior positions. The Diploma is at Level 5 of the current eight-level framework in England and Wales and leads to Diploma Level Membership and the designatory letters IRRV (Dip). Students study five subjects, comprising one assignment and four subjects assessed by three-hour examinations. Candidates must hold a qualification at least equivalent to A-Level or Level 3 of the national framework in England and Wales and have substantial workplace experience. The course includes online study materials, recorded technical webinars, monthly live interactive webinars, podcasts, online assignments with marking, a virtual pre-examination course, virtual student days and tutor support. Guided learning is advised at 120 hours, with access to study materials and online tools for three years.
