A minimally invasive fertility procedure, also known as artificial insemination, in which sperm is collected, washed and prepared in the lab before being transferred into the uterus through a small catheter. IUI may be considered for unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility, donor sperm, cervical factor infertility or ovulatory factor infertility.
