Off-label ketamine treatment delivered by intramuscular injection in the San Francisco, Berkeley, and Corte Madera offices. Treatments are given all at once and last about 90 minutes. Treatment is available for conditions including treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation or behavior, and bipolar depression. Patients meet with a psychiatrist for a brief evaluation before each treatment. You must not drive or operate heavy machinery until 24 hours after treatment.
