APRIL can arrange direct billing for inpatient treatment when pre-approval is requested with a signed Advance Request Form from the physician and relevant documentation. For planned surgery, procedures or operations, APRIL should be notified at least 5 working days before admission. Direct billing is also subject to the hospital's agreement.
