Initial consultation with a haematologist. Bring the patient registration form, Medicare card, private health insurance card, referral letter, relevant blood test or scan results, and a list of current medications. A support person is welcome and encouraged. Consultation costs vary depending on duration and are discussed at booking. All consultations attract a Medicare rebate. Payment is required on the day.
