A coordinated mental health service for infants, children and young people, as well as their families. The service provides assessment and/or intervention and triages referrals according to risk. It serves residents of Port Phillip, Stonnington and Glen Eira north of North Road for ages 0 to 26, and Glen Eira south of North Road, Bayside and Kingston west of Boundary Road for ages 0 to 18.
