Immigration legal services including legal research, evidence review and assessment, advice on immigration rules and available solutions, preparing and submitting applications, drafting cover letters and submissions, file management, representations, follow ups and advice on the application outcome. Standard cases typically take 4 to 10 hours and complex cases typically take 8 to 15 hours. Applications are aimed to be prepared and submitted within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the required information and documents. Disbursements are not included. VAT is charged where applicable.
