Generally includes an initial meeting to take instructions and advise on legal options, advice on evidential and procedural requirements, detailed evidence review, completion and submission of the application form, drafting supporting documentation, a legal covering letter and necessary representations, booking a biometrics appointment, creating an electronic or hard-copy document bundle where applicable, and advising on the application outcome and resulting questions. Home Office application fees and other disbursements are excluded. Work after submission, follow-up applications and work outside the agreed scope are generally excluded.
