A non-surgical spinal decompression treatment programme for back pain, neck pain, sciatica and related conditions. Computer-controlled forces are used to decompress and mobilise targeted spinal segments, combined with manual therapy. The programme commonly begins with 10 sessions and may be followed by a further block of 10 sessions. Each treatment includes 10 minutes of warming with an FAR infrared heat pad, 25 minutes on the SPINA machine and cold therapy afterwards.
