A treatment combining revascularisation of the left anterior descending artery through a MIDCAB opening with stent treatment for remaining narrowed arteries. The procedures may be performed separately or simultaneously, with the aim of avoiding a breastbone incision. It can be offered to some patients who are not suitable for Multi-MIDCAB.
