Exclusive use of the entire space, with the exception of the office. Event time includes deliveries, setup, breakdown, cleaning, and removal of all event materials. Listed furniture, audiovisual equipment, and other amenities are included at no additional charge. Outside catering is welcome. Events must conclude by 11:00 PM and comply with New York City regulations and venue policies.
