A 60-minute first visit with a 30-minute intake covering symptoms, cycle, stress, sleep, family history, and previous treatments. Includes a physical exam if desired, comprehensive bloodwork ordered with 60 or more biomarkers, lab review with the clinical team, goal setting, and follow-up scheduling if HRT is appropriate. Bloodwork is billed separately and may be covered by insurance.
