Physical therapy for hip pain throughout New York State. Therapists use diagnostic techniques, X-rays, gait evaluations, functional mobility tests, and range-of-motion tests to determine the cause of hip pain and create an individualized rehabilitation plan. Treatment may include therapeutic strengthening exercises, targeted stretches, heat and ice therapy, and noninvasive laser therapy to reduce pain, restore flexibility, improve range of motion, regain strength, and support a return to normal activities after injury or surgery.
