A program following the new Australian Curriculum, covering writing, reading, speaking, listening, viewing, analysing, reflecting and creating. Students study classical, Australian and multicultural literature and multimodal texts, with language skills taught in context using a variety of school-based texts. Comprehension and vocabulary are included in every course. The program is the first step towards HSC.
