Comprehensive support from initial diagnostics and medication therapy through the planning and organisation of further interventional or surgical treatment. Pre-diagnostics, including echocardiography, exercise testing and, where appropriate, cardiac catheterisation, are performed at the practice. For advanced disease, referrals are arranged for TAVI, TEER and surgical valve replacement in cooperation with the Deutsches Herzzentrum der Charité.
