An in-depth assessment covering general health, past illness, medications, mobility and social support. A practice nurse takes measurements including blood pressure, height and weight. Other investigations, such as an ECG, may be performed if necessary. Recommendations are discussed and you receive a copy of the assessment. Eligible patients may receive this assessment free under Medicare.
