Assessment of the joints and soft tissues in the upper neck to identify possible cervicogenic headaches. Where relevant disorders are found, treatment may include gentle manipulation of stiff spinal segments. Posture and workstation advice may also be provided. If no relevant neck or upper back disorder is found, treatment is not recommended and the patient is referred back to their GP.
