Clients are asked to arrive with their hair dried naturally where possible, so the stylist can understand the hair's natural texture and determine suitable haircare, styling products and cutting techniques. A 50% deposit is required, with the balance payable at the time of service. Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
