Each haircut is scheduled for 30 minutes. Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may not receive the full haircut. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations result in a cancellation fee and require a 50% deposit for the next appointment.
