Antenatal course for up to two attendees, including 6 in-person sessions, 4 live-online sessions and a video portal with resources. Midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. Includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. Sessions cover preparing for birth, hypnobirthing, practical baby care, feeding, baby first aid, self care for new parents, physiotherapy, a celebration social and a reunion with babies.
