Group income protection designed to protect an employee's income when they are unable to work for an extended period due to accident or sickness, including events at work and outside work. Cover can replace up to 100% of income for a specified period, commonly two years or up to an age limit, and begins after a waiting period starting from 7 days. Additional benefits may include rehabilitation costs, home or car modification costs and assistance, and funeral expenses.
