Assessments for dementia and cognitive impairment, complex pain in the elderly, medication reviews and frailty. Patients require a referral from their GP. Assessments are also available for testamentary capacity, capacity to appoint a Power of Attorney, and capacity to manage finances and medical or lifestyle decisions. Out of pocket fees apply for these assessments.
