Provides businesses with access to senior lawyers who have worked as General Counsel to PLCs and private businesses. Includes a single point of contact, review of standard company documents, involvement in contract preparation and review, assistance with day to day issues, and optional attendance at board meetings. Corporate events such as capital raises, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, as well as litigation, are excluded from the retainer. Typically provided through a monthly retainer, with terms agreed on a case by case basis.
